The fellowship Programme supports artists from diverse backgrounds to push the boundaries of lens-based practice, engaging with photography through interdisciplinary approaches such as time-based media, performance, installation, sculpture, and research-driven work.

This edition under the mentorship of Sohrab Jahan — interdisciplinary visual artist, curator, and Assistant Professor at the University of Chittagong. The fellows will develop new projects that will be exhibited as part of Chobi Mela XI, to be held in Dhaka from 16–31 January 2026.

The Fellowship Programme for Chobi Mela XI is supported by Durjoy Bangladesh Foundation
